Client Agreement

I am aware of the parts of the body that will be massaged or the areas of the body that will be avoided during the session, including inclinations and contraindications. I understand that in NO event will the session involve breast massage. I understand that draping will be used during the session at all times. I understand that if I or the service provider is uncomfortable for any reason, the service may be stopped. I acknowledge that spa services (massage therapy and facials) are not a substitute for medical care, medical examination or diagnosis. I acknowledge and understand that the therapist must be fully aware of my existing medical conditions. By signing this form, I confirm my consent to a session and intend this consent to cover the treatment discussed with me and such additional treatments as proposed by my therapist from time to time. I understand that at any time I may withdraw my consent and treatment will stopped.

Cancellation Policy and No Show

We request that you give 24hrs notice in the event that you cannot make it to your scheduled appointment.

"No Show" Appointments will be charged 100% of the service price.

Additionally, if client is running 15+ min late and there is no communication with the spa and no more availability this will be considered a "No Show" appointment .

If you miss more than 2 appointments the spa reserves the right to discharge you from the spa for failing to follow policies and procedures.

Please note that outstanding payments for services or cancellations will result in a temporary suspension of future appointment scheduling.

It is essential to maintain consistent payment to ensure the smooth operation of our services. In cases of continued payment issues, we will be unable to provide further spa services. We value your business and appreciate your prompt attention to this matter.

Clients with packages will lose the appointment they booked.

Subscription Cancellation Policy

In the event that you need to terminate your subscription early we will apply a 50% cancelation fee on the remaining portion of your subscription.

All information collected is for spa use ONLY. We do not distribute client information once collected.
